James "Woody" Woodford from the UK
Notice the birds, those are Swallows, sailors used to look for Swallows on the way home from a trip. As soon as they saw them they knew they were almost home. Learned that from a History Channel show called Ancient Ink... lol He also has a Latino inspired Day of the dead skull and Asian Cherry Blossoms, alot of themes here, but blended nicely...
